Tour Our 30A Beach Condo + Book A Stay
OUR BEACH CONDO + AIRBNB LOCATED IN…
30A Florida
After visiting 30A multiple times and falling in love with how beautiful and family-friendly this place is, Trevor and I decided to purchase a condo that we could enjoy as a family, as well as rent out while we’re back home in Chicago! We purchased our condo last summer, and it has been an absolute dream.
After closing on our condo last summer, Trevor and I transformed the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in just 3 days! We absolutely loved what this place had to offer, but wanted to make it feel more true to us, and our style. We started by removing all existing furniture, had the entire unit painted, swapped out plumbing, all hardware, all light fixtures, added accent walls, and moved in all our furniture and styled it. ALL IN 72 HOURS!!
Over the past year this spot has been such a fun and relaxing little piece of paradise, that we absolutely love slipping off too, especially when Chicago gets too cold! Aside from enjoying it ourselves, we invested in this property to be able to share it with all of YOU!! It’s one of our favorite spots, and we wanted others to be able to experience this dreamy place, too. To book a stay at our 30A Beach Home, you can visit this link! Stay tuned for a blog post and travel guide with all of our favorite spots in 30A. Everything from restaurants and coffee spots, to shopping favorites, places for kids, and more! Modern Coastal Beach Home + Airbnb
When designing our 30A beach condo, I knew I wanted to stay true to my style by incorporating earthy neturals, cozy and livable furniture, and lots of organic textures. Most of these pieces were all relatively affordable too—mixing in finds from Target, Amazon, Wayfair, and a few other retailers. I opted to splurge on a few pieces to help curate that balance that I love so much, and to create an elevated feel. The color palette is all very light, incorporating colors you would find throughout nature and the surrounding areas of 30A. The bedding is all soft and luxurious, the decor has a coastal flare, including lots of wicker and wood textures paired with organic wavy shapes, natural greenery, and floral motifs. I’m so proud of how this space came together, in only 72 Hours, and our guests over the last year have enjoyed it just as much as we do!
