Elevating Our Front Patio
I recently shared my spring front porch patio styling, and so many of you loved how I styled these pieces! When it comes to the spring and summer season, we love being outdoors as much as possible. With the Midwest summers often comes heat, humidity, and bugs. It can be hard keeping any flowers, plants, or trees alive because of the bugs, so the last few years I have turned to faux outdoor greenery and florals, and it’s been a game changer!
For the last two years, I have styled these faux camellia and Cedar Pine trees on our front porch, and I have fooled so many people! They’re UV-resistant, weatherproof, zero-maintenance, and no drama! I love the pop of color, and how real they actually feel. The best part—they’re affordable Amazon finds!! The Camellias come in a handful of colors too, and I have even more faux outdoor plants linked on my storefront!
In addition to our faux outdoor plants, this is my second year styling this beautiful 3 piece furniture set on our patio, and it’s so good. The finish and style make it look and feel high-end, as if it’s from Pottery Barn or Frontgate, but it’s actually a viral Walmart find—and under $300!!
I added these Target metal lanterns and this gorgeous umbrella this year, and I am obsessed how everything ties together! It’s all very affordable, yet provides such an elevated look to the front of our home!
The Details
The smallest addition to our front patio and yard, has actually made the biggest difference! I grabbed these Solar Pathway Lights from Amazon, and they elevated our entire home!
These Solar lights are weather resistant, automatically turn on and off, come with drainage holes preventing water buildup, and have long-lasting batteries providing up to 12 hours of light on a full battery charge.
These lights come in a pack of 8 on Amazon for under $60!! I grabbed a few packs to line our sidewalk and driveway. My favorite part is how cozy everything feels outdoors now, and it’s an extra layer of safety that we appreciate, too!
Affordable Outdoor Styling Inspiration
So, what do I love most? How budget-friendly everything is!! To me, everything feels very high-end and elevated, but it’s all very affordable. If you have been wanting to refresh your outdoor living space but don’t have an extensive budget, don’t worry! My biggest advice is to start small, go step by step, and trust that you can achieve that same high-end look with affordable finds from Amazon, Walmart, and Target!
